An award-winning restaurant that sits right over the picturesque waters of Hubbards Cove, the Dauphinee Inn is famous for its "Hot Rocks" dining. While you relax over a glass of wine and take in the sailboats lying gently on the water, watch your own main course of fish, steak or chicken grill itself over a hot granite rock right at your table. The aroma will leave your mouth watering in anticipation.
Chosen "Restaurant of the Year" by Taste of Nova Scotia in 2000, we pride ourselves on our fabulous fresh seafood, flavour-enhanced by fresh herbs grown in our own garden. Our 'Fresh Catch of the Day' is our most popular choice, ranging from haddock or halibut to swordfish or tuna. But if you long for a traditional Maritime boiled lobster or some freshly steamed mussels, flavoured in wine and garlic, we have something sure to satisfy anyone looking for great seafood. Our menu also includes a wide range of non-seafood dishes, from chicken and steak to vegetarian and pasta. Some of our popular desserts include home apple or rhubarb caramel pies.

The Dauphinee Inn Restaurant is open for suppertime dining seven days a week, and for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Located at 167 Shore Club Road, off Highway 3 in Hubbards, take Exit 6, off Highway 103.
